Shopping Information

What's the cost of shipping?
USA subscription boxes are shipped ground and each quarterly box will be charged $8.00-$10.00, depending on the contents within each box. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight and size.

One time “Pop-up boxes” shipping rates will vary and will be posted when the cart opens.

If you purchase the annual subscription membership, a flat charge of $9.00 will be charged in advance for each box.

For items purchased within our shop you may have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout depending on the item.
When will you ship my order?
When each box opens for ordering a set ship date will be displayed. Typically, boxes will ship within 2 weeks of the cart closing. If you're an annual subscriber, your orders will renew every quarter automatically, and ship with that quarters boxes. All other store orders ship within 3-5 business days.
What if I want to return my items?
Again, we want you to be happy with your products. Our customers are very important to us! We have a 30 day return policy with some restrictions. Please refer to our refund policy for the details. How long will it take to arrive?
Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped depending on location. With some USPS delays, please be patient with shipping services. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we offer our products to residents in the USA only.
What if my box is damaged?
We want you to be happy with your box every time! Please refer to our refund policy under exchanges. We will do our best to make it right for you. Feel free to reach out to us at char@traveltreasurebox.com with any questions or concerns.
Becoming a founding member?
Founding Member Status will ONLY be available during the first box debut. Travel Treasure Box will open this free membership while this first cart is open. Perks of being a Founding Member includes a private FB group where we can create a community that offers inspiration, tips and stories on all things travel. The goal is to create a community where you can learn from each other and have a place where you can discuss travel destinations, best experiences, ask questions, etc.

You will also be asked for input on items you would like to see in future boxes.

Founding Members will also receive reduced pricing and reduced annual shipping costs if their membership is current and paid annually upfront or has committed to the quarterly box*.

*Maintaining your Founding Member status refers to either purchasing the annual subscription upfront or signing up for the quarterly box option. Note: You may cancel your subscription after your contract is over, however you would lose the discount pricing and perks of being a Founding Member.

Travel Treasure Box reserves the rights to change the Founding Member perks at any time. All members would be notified in advance of any changes.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only customers who purchase items in the states of Michigan will be charged sales tax. Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. You will receive a receipt of any and charges for your purchases.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I add extra products to my next box?
This is not currently a service we offer.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
What comes in the box?
The Travel Treasure Box contains 5-7 items each quarter. Each box will be travel themed and include items related to that theme. Every quarter, products will change and are always a surprise! Each box offers the same array of items, but vary by quantity, depending on the box.
